Keane

Keane is the best band in British,tapi setelah pendahulu- pendahulunya lho.
Band ini hanya ada 3 members, Tom Chaplin as the singer, Tim Rice- Oxley as the piainst and Richard Hughes as the drummer. Hanya dengan 3 orang, mereka telah mengeluarkan 3 labum yang sangat dahsyat untuk sebuah band baru.
Di mulai dengan album Hopes and Fears yang laris manis di tahun 2003an, dengan single pertama mereka Somewhere Only We Know, Everybody's Changing, Bend and Break and Bedshaped.

Di album yang kedua, Under The Iron Sea, mereka mencoba hal baru dengan memasukkan unsur elektrik. Seperti single pertama mereka, Is It Any Wonder?, yang benar- benar merubah image Keane sebagai Band yang memilki permainan piano yang handal. Pertama kali mendengarkan single ini, kita tidak akan pernah tau siapa penyanyi nya. Setelah didengarkan lagi, kita akan mendengar suara khas dari Tom Chaplin.

Album ketiga mereka, Perfect Symmetry, adalah lanjutan dari album mereka yang kedua. Mereka lebih berani, dengan memasukkan additional guitar player. Musik mereka juga semakin dewasa, dengan single pertama mereka, Spiralling, yang bernuansa 70'an. Spiralling saat itu dibagikan gratis dari situs resminya www.keanemusic.com selama beberapa hari saja.
Dengan adanya album ketiga ini, dapat menurangi rasa rindu para penggemarnya. Setelah vakum beberapa tahun, dengan alasan Tom Chaplin harus mendapatkan rehab dari kecanduan alkohol and drug.

Ada berita bahwa dengan masuknya Tom Chaplin ke rehab, Keane akan segera bubar. Tapi dengan perjuangan yang sangat berat akhirnya Tim dan Rich dapat menerima kembali Tom dan memutuskan untuk segera masuk studio. Dan hasil nya? Perfect Symmetry adalah jawaban dari smuanya.
